Party Ideas for Teens
The older your child gets, the more party ideas and options there are for you to host some really cool celebrations. There's also another advantage in having a pre-teen or teen (I never thought I'd say that!) They probably already have a good idea about what kind of theme they want. Also,they will probably know who they want and don't want to invite. Most pre-teens will want either an all girls or all boys bash. It's not until about 7th or 8th grade until you hit the boy-girl territory. There are a few kids in this age group that don't enjoy big parties and don't want you to do anything out of the ordinary for them. They would much prefer a quiet get together with the family or invite a few friends over. That can be special too. If you are not in the "just a few friends" group, then the only task you have is figuring out how to put together a teen thing without stepping on any toes (they seem to push the limit at this age.) You will also need to figure out how to put it all together without having to rob a bank. That's where we come in!
